Changes in Legia`s Supervisory Board. Kosmala is a new president

Leszek Miklas is no more the president of Legia. His seat was taken by Paweł Kosmala, who had been the president of Supervisory Board hitherto. We have already informed You about these plans throughout last days. The meeting of Supervisory Board and General Meeting of the Shareholders of Football Club Legia Warszawa S.S.A. took place on Friday.

Club statement:
General Meeting of Shareholders accepted resignation of Mr. Paweł Kosmala from the function of the Chairman of Supervisory Board. The Composition of the Supervisory board has been supplemented by Mr. Wojciech Kostrzewa and Mr. Piotr Zygo. The new Chairman of the board is now Mr. Mariusz Walter.

With regard to increasing number of tasks for the club, the Supervisory Board of F.C. Legia Warszawa S.S.A has elected a new, expanded composition of the Management Board:

Paweł Kosmala – President of the Management board
Leszek Miklas – Vice-president of the Management Board
Marek Drabczyk – Board Member
Jarosław Ostrowski – Board Member

Mr. Leszek Miklas has also been entrusted with the seat of General Director of the Club.

Supervisory Board thanked Leszek Miklas for his commitment and effects of his efforts as the President of Management Board throughout the last three years.

Within the Management Board, a scope of tasks for particular members has been established. President Kosmala will be responsible for finances and marketing, vice-president Miklas - for sport and international matters as well as the relations with market regulators, Marek Drabczyk - for management of real estates, IT and sales, Jarosław Ostrowski - for safety issues and legal aspects of company's functioning.
